Player names & Hindi

Some new kids on the block…. Manager fkk will continue PipkiN’s work and complete the list of available staff and player names in SoccerProject. And manager JayantNK will try to finish the Hindi translation. Good luck guys !

A few days ago we were contacted by two managers who wanted to help SoccerProject by creating a Hindi translation. It’s hard to believe , but over a thousand items have now alreeady been done by them. Let’s hope we’re heading towards a 27th SoccerProject-language. Go Don QaTar and Shreejesh !

Atilix

Since a few days we have a new Serbian translator : Atilix. I just noticed he catched up completely, so the Serbian translation is now up-to-date again. Thanks Atilix and good luck keeping up with the new translation items 😉

26th language !

Another language. Unbelievable, but Indonesian is the 26th SoccerProject language already. Thanks to Andhi97 we now reach 50 million more people, simply amazing !

I’ve also uploaded 2 more movies about the meeting, I think every interesting picture and movie is online now.

New Chinese translator

Because the manager who translated SoccerProject into Chinese had left the game, I had to look for another translator. Luckily I found manager 无敌神话. He updated the translation immediately, so we’re back on track 😉

Indonesian and Turkmen

After I asked for managers interested in helping us with translating SoccerProject, we received two positive reactions. Managers andhi97 and Turkmen2 will help us with the Indonesian and Turkmen version of SoccerProject. Good luck guys !

CSS Janus

For the past few days (and probably for some more time to come), I’ve been working on the Persian translation. Actually that’s not true, because it’s manager Jose Morinho who did all the hard work of translating every text on SoccerProject into Persian.

But, now it’s my turn. Persian is the first right-to-left language which has been finished by the translator, so I should make it available on SoccerProject as soon as possible. This has turned out not to be simple…

I did find a tool by Google, which seemed perfect for the job : CSS Janus. If you’re ever facing the same problem (how to make your site right-to-left ready), I think this is the tool you should try out. Unfortunately, it was not sufficient for my needs.

That means that I’m rewriting css myself at the moment. Kind of hard, because I need to look at SoccerProject in Persian, of which I don’t understand a word 🙂 Luckily ‘Jose Morinho’ helps me and shows me which things to fix….

Arabic and Robstje

Yesterday I added another Left-To-Right language to SoccerProject, Arabic. Manager fafz12 will from now on try to complete this language. Good luck !

Meanwhile manager Sjoerd resigned as a Dutch Modarator and he was replaced by Robstje, who is probably the youngest mod ever on SoccerProject 😉
